Maynards auctioned Whirlpool's industrial equipment at two locations, Illinois and Arkansas. Both locations had industrial equipment spread over two million square feet. The assets auctioned included hydraulic presses, injection molders, grinders, band saws, office equipment, forklifts, and much more. Maynards used their expertise to maximize the gross recoverable dollars of the surplus assets by attempting to sell the sub assembly product line segments before a piece meal offering at auction.
The auction was web cast in real time in cooperation with Bid Spotter for buyers around the globe, via the internet, while others participated from their home or office.
